Terms & Conditions
Last updated: November 2026
These terms cover the services ClearView Webs provides to you. They apply from the moment you accept a written quote from us or pay a deposit. Nothing here is designed to be tricky — it is here so we both know where we stand.
Quotes and payment
- Every project starts with a written quote setting out the scope and the price.
- All prices are in Australian dollars. GST is additional where it applies.
- A quote is valid for 30 days and assumes the scope described in it. Anything extra is quoted before we do it.
- A deposit is required before work starts, and the balance is due before your site goes live.
- Care plans are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days.
- If an invoice is overdue we may pause work, pause care-plan services or take your site offline until it is paid.
One-off website packages
Our website packages are Launch ($1,900), Growth ($2,200) and Premium ($2,500). Each is a one-off build for the inclusions listed on our website at the time you order. Once the site is delivered and paid for, there is no ongoing obligation — a care plan is optional.
Timelines start once we have your content and are estimates, not guarantees. We will always tell you if something is likely to run late.
Care plans
Care plans are $299, $499 or $699 per month depending on the level you choose, and are billed monthly in advance. They cover hosting, security and software updates, backups, monitoring and support as described on our website.
Care plans have a 6-month minimum term. After that, you can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice — no further lock-in. New feature work and third-party costs (such as domain renewals or software licences) are not included.
Google and Meta ads management
- Our management fee is a flat 15% of your ad spend.
- Ad spend is billed separately and is paid by you directly to Google or Meta — we do not hold or on-charge your advertising budget.
- The minimum ad spend for us to manage a campaign is $600 per month.
- We cannot guarantee specific results. Performance depends on your market, budget, offer and competition, and on the platforms' own rules and algorithms.
- You are responsible for your ad account access and for the accuracy and legality of what we advertise on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
- Give us your content, images, logins and approvals when we ask for them.
- Make sure anything you send us is accurate and that you have the right to use it — including photos, logos and testimonials.
- Be contactable so we can keep the project moving, and reply to review requests promptly.
- Make sure your business and your offers comply with the law and with ad platform policies.
If content arrives late, timelines move out with it, and we are not responsible for launch dates missed because we were waiting on you.
Revisions
Your package includes the revision rounds set out in your quote. Revisions are for refining the agreed design and content, not for changing the scope. We will keep refining the design until you are happy with it at the design stage; further rounds beyond your package, or a change of direction after approval, are quoted separately.
Ownership
- Once your invoice is paid in full, you own your domain, the content you supplied and your finished website.
- Until we are paid in full, the design and build remain ours. We own the underlying tools, code and processes we use to build and run sites, and we let you use them as part of your website.
- You give us permission to use the content you supply for the purpose of building and running your site.
- We may show your finished website in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting platforms, plugins, email tools and advertising platforms are provided by other companies under their own terms and fees. We are not responsible for their outages, policy decisions, price changes or account actions.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with our services is limited to the fees you have paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or lost opportunity, and we do not guarantee any particular commercial outcome from your website or ad campaigns.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending our agreement
Either of us can end the agreement if the other side materially breaches it and does not fix the breach within 14 days of written notice. If you end a project after work has started, you pay for the work done up to that point. If we end it without cause, we refund any amount you have paid for work we have not done. When our agreement ends, any care-plan services and related hosting may be paused or withdrawn.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and both of us agree to the courts of Queensland dealing with any dispute.
